For Simplex 3D’s brand film, we set out to tell a real-estate tech story through an unexpected narrator: the empty lot itself. The challenge was merging emotional storytelling with a highly technical product, so we built the entire film around a character-driven voiceover and translated the platform’s geospatial data into cinematic motion design. Using Simplex’s own terrain and 3D tiles, we rebuilt key environments in Cinema4D for full control over lighting, animation, and camera language, blending them with AI-enhanced sequences and real UI captures. The result was a hybrid pipeline, starting with screen-recorded animatics from the product and evolving into a fully crafted visual world, designed to show how a parcel truly comes alive when viewed through Simplex.
